Vernon Wills

International Operations Director

Vern has had an extensive career in investment and finance as well as significant experience in mining, oil and gas, telecommunications, health and education sectors.

Through his Enhance Group of companies he has also provided advisory services in corporate transactions and operational sectors including national and international consortiums purchase of significant assets in these sectors.

Vern has experience in building start up and early stage companies such as Go Talk Ltd, Dark Blue Sea Ltd and Microba Ltd and Site Group International as well as serving as a Director of ASX listed companies.

He served as a director of the Greg Norman Golf Foundation, CITEC, and Deputy Chair of the Queensland Government’s Major Sports Facilities Authority and Queensland`s National Competition Review of the Liquor industry.
