Centrepoint Alliance is a leading provider of advice and business services to financial advice firms in Australia, enabling advisers to spend more time providing advice to their clients. The company offers a suite of governance, business management, client growth and advice solutions through four integrated divisions: Advice, Lending, Investment Management and Technology. In FY22, the company earned $228.5 million in revenue (+64% on FY21), EBITDA (excluding legacy claims, long-term incentives and one-off costs) of $7.2 million (+112% on FY21) and had a closing cash balance of $14.7 million. In November 2021, Centrepoint Alliance acquired financial services group ClearView in a bid to bring scale and efficiency to the business and significantly improve its competitive position.
