Successful MD/CEO or ED of various ASX, TSX or AIM listed companies over 25 years. 12 years as MD/CEO of lithium producer Allkem ASX:AKE (now Arcadium Lithium), where he cemented major strategic partnerships to take it from a $6m IPO in 2007 to multi $Bn market cap on retirement. Richard continued as a Director until January 2024. He was a Director of OZ Minerals from 2019 to 2024 (takeover by BHP).
Michael Adams
Managing Director and CEOAdvanced Energy Minerals (ASX: AEM)
An engineer by profession with over 40 years of experience, Mick has lead AEM since 2021 and been involved in the business since it acquired the Cap-Chat plant and its other Canadian assets in 2020. Prior to AEM, he held senior leadership roles in Europe and Asia for multinational companies such as Trafalgar House, Kvaerner and Gammon Construction where he was principally engaged in developing, financing and building major industrial and infrastructure projects.
He is a past Chairman of the Shanghai Chapter of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, and holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
