Over the past few months, Far East Gold has demonstrated its ability to succeed in Indonesia, becoming the first company in the Woyla project’s 25-year history to receive necessary government permits and get drills to ground. Now, we’re at an inflection point where we can carry our momentum forward and replicate this success across our other highly prospective tenements in Indonesia and Australia.

Offer Details
Far East Gold (ASX: FEG) has launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) at $0.50/share, representing a discount of approximately 18.83% to FEG’s 5-day VWAP (before the SPP Offer was announced on 21 November).
Eligible shareholders can apply for a maximum of $30,000 of New Shares.
Use of Funds
The funds raised under the SPP will be used for the following purposes:
- Progressing exploration activities at the Woyla project
- The cost of this offer
