Offer Details
Wattle Health Australia is proposing a non-renounceable rights issue offer (Entitlement Offer) of subscribing for 1 new Share for every 12 Shares held by shareholders holding Shares on Tuesday, 18 May 2021 (Record Date), together with a right to subscribe for additional Shares.
Use of Funds
The funds raised under the Entitlement Offer will be used:
- For the purpose of the rights issue, to expand on current business opportunities; and
- General working capital
Whilst providing shareholders the opportunity to participate at the same price as the c-note holders and the last institutional offering.
