Dr. Jerome Lander is a highly experienced, proven Portfolio Manager and Asset Consultant with specialist expertise in outcome-based and absolute return investing. He has held numerous senior investment management positions, including Chief Investment Officer of the $12 billion Workcover Fund, Portfolio Manager at Credit Suisse, and Head of Manager Research for Van Eyk.
Over the 13 months since Jerome joined Lucerne Alternative Investments Fund as Portfolio Manager, the fund has generated +13.51%, which puts it 23.95% ahead of the ASX200 over that time. Importantly, Jerome achieved this with little volatility; during the February-March period when the market lost 27.7%, LAIF fell just 5.9%, which it quickly regained over the following months. The fund has gone on to perform strongly during this quarter against an essentially flat market
