VHM has one of the largest high-grade battery mineral and rare earth projects and plans to become one of the world’s largest critical minerals producers. The company’s flagship Goschen project demonstrated compelling economics and a net present value of approximately $1.5 billion in a Definitive Feasibility Study Refresh released in March 2023. VHM’s 820Mt of mineral resource inventory positions VHM as one of the most significant producers of rare earth minerals globally. The company’s rare earth inventory is one of the largest in Australia and is complemented by a significant zircon inventory of 5.1Mt and rutile inventory of 2.7Mt.

Australian Critical Minerals is an exploration company focused on developing a world-class portfolio of critical minerals projects in Western Australia. The company recently listed on the ASX and intends to play a pivotal role in delivering the processed minerals needed for a clean energy future. The company has six projects spanning 1,861 square kilometres in a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction, including key projects Rankin Dome (Southern Cross) Rare Earth Project and Cooletha (Pilbara) Lithium Project. The company has established a highly experienced management team with a proven track record of exploration and corporate success in the mining industry.
