Retail Food Group is a global food and beverage company that owns major brands such as Donut King, Gloria Jean’s, Brumby’s Bakery, Michel’s Patisserie and more. Through these brands, the company interacts with more than 17 million Australians every year and believes it is well-placed to rebound with state governments easing COVID restrictions. Retail Food Group is considered to have a strong underlying and fundamentally transformed business operated by new management. In its FY22 mid-year report, the company announced positive indicators despite the challenging COVID environment including a statutory 31.4% increase ($5.1 million) in net profits after tax compared with H1 of FY21.

Mighty Craft is one of Australia’s leading and fastest-growing premium craft drinks companies with a nationally diversified portfolio of craft beverages. The company reported total income of $29.6 million in H1 FY22 (more than 130% growth versus H1 FY21) and it expects to rebound further as trade reopens post-COVID. Mighty Craft strategically invests in celebrated local craft beverage brands and provides them with leadership, growth capital and industry solutions to maximise brand awareness and accelerate growth, while achieving scale. In December 2021, the company acquired 100% of Jetty Road Brewery’s shares, adding to their significant assortment of award-winning brands and quality venues.
