Investment Highlights
Option 1: Convertible Note
- Two-year investment term
- Investment paying 10% p.a. (calculated daily, paid monthly in arrears)
- Investors have an elective right to convert into equity at $20 per ordinary share at maturity
- C-Note holders would be paid full 24 months entitlement should Connec close the note before maturity
Option 2: Equity
- Investors can purchase equity at $20 per ordinary share
- Current valuations still offer significant discount (30-45%) based on older external valuations being prepared and being a pre-revenue company
- Exit strategy will be a trade sale to a multi-national in the next 12-24 months
