David Sellars

Executive Director

David is one of Reach Markets' founding shareholders - and still as driven today as when the firm started.

A Board Member and Investment Committee member, he leads the adviser team and works directly with institutions, family offices, and UHNWs to connect capital and opportunity.

Beyond this, David works closely with portfolio companies as a strategic sounding board, helping leadership teams navigate critical decisions on growth, governance, and value creation.

Christian Riedel, CFA

Christian joined Reach in 2021 when he came to Australia after holding senior roles at Barclays Investment Bank in London and Frankfurt.

He is an integral part of Reach due to his technical knowledge, which enables the identification, negotiation and structuring of investments that work for both companies and investors.

Christian is passionate about growth investing, having been a highly engaged investor in several growth companies in Europe.

Amy is a passionate Operations and Marketing manager with experience across multiple industries including Finance, Major Events and Sports Marketing. Amy is skilled in building high-performing teams and has a results focused approach to deliver exceptional outcomes to her clients. Currently she is undertaking her MBA at Melbourne Business School.

Alongside her professional career, Maren has also held leadership roles within international sport administration, contributing to the growth of Women’s Australian Rules Football in Germany.
