Offer Details
Spectur Limited (ASX: SP3) has launched a Security Purchase Plan (SPP) targeting to raise $500,000 at $0.036/share , representing a discount of approximately 31.1% to SP3’s 5-day VWAP (calculated on 18th July 2022) with one free attaching Bonus Option for every two shares subscribed.
Use of Funds
The funds raised under the Security Purchase Plan will be used for the following purposes:
- Finance market expansion in South and regional Australia
- Globalised modular platform development
- Expansion of marketing program
- Purchase of additional inventory to mitigate supply chain risk
- Preparing for the Company’s entry to the USA
- Associated costs
- General working capital
Eligible Shareholders who wish to apply for more than $30,000 of New Shares can use the same payment details in their Application Form and simply bid for the amount they want.
Eligible Shareholders are invited to apply under the Shortfall Offer using the same BPAY code or electronic funds transfer details as on their personalised SPP Offer Application Forms. Any amount in excess of $30,000 will be considered an application under the Shortfall Offer.
