Carpentaria Resources (ASX: CAP) is focused on developing its flagship Hawsons Iron Project near Broken Hill, NSW, into a premium producer of high quality iron ore products for the global steel industry. Prefeasibility study results (refer ASX announcement 28 July 2017) have shown that Hawsons is capable of producing the world’s highest-grade iron product (70% Fe), making it the world’s leading undeveloped high-quality iron ore concentrate and pellet feed project. The Company currently has a majority interest in the Hawsons Iron Project, in addition to other magnetite interests in the emerging Braemar Iron Province.
