Co-founded by Sam Salter (Salter Brothers), BikeExchange (BEX) is an online bicycle marketplace partnering with leading brands and retailers such as Pirelli, Decathlon, Giant, Blaupunkt and 99bikes. In H1 FY23, the company reported a net revenue (by business unit) of $4.4 million, a 77% year-on-year (YoY) increase while reducing its total employment costs by $3 million (55%). BEX is capitalising on a returning buyers market indicated by inventory ramp-ups, increased price competition and normalisation of demand to pre-COVID levels. The company has outlined a pathway to profitability in FY23 supported by the launch of its new customer storefront platform, new seller partnerships, a focus on cash and operational efficiency.

Michael Donoghue

CEO - IPSI Limited

IPSI Limited is an Australian fintech providing highly flexible, compliant, cloud-native payment and data security solutions to enterprise-level clients for over 10 years. The company’s best-of-breed product suite includes cloud-based data storage, mobile phone and application-based payment processing, payment data security and more. IPSI has serviced clients such as HCF Insurance and Mastercard and has managed some of Australia’s largest digital payments transformation projects. In December 2022, the company secured a $5 million investment from Salter Brothers on grounds of its new technology development, large customer pipeline, capable management team and proven track record.
