This High Yield Convertible Note is an investment that has received a lot of interest with investors.

We recently hosted an online investor briefing in which details of the Note was covered by David Anderson, Funds Manager at First Guardian, as he explained the structure of the investment and how it works.

It’s a one-year fixed term investment opportunity and pays a 12% yield monthly in advance. On maturity investors have two options; you can receive a six percent interest bonus, or you can select to convert to either of the underlying assets at a 12% discount. The underlying assets are well-established businesses who will use the funds for inventory.

During the short 20 minute presentation, David details the overview of the investment, the return time timeline & exit plan, the structure of the investment as well as an overview of the underlying assets.

Watch the full Investor Briefing below, including the Q&A session where David responds to questions such as how long he has been involved in each of the businesses.
