Consumer research, data and insights company, Pureprofile Limited (ASX: PPL) today announced the re-launch of its media business ‘Pure.amplify’

The original business Sparcmedia was acquired by PPL in 2015. Now re-launched as Pure.amplify, it is a one-of-a-kind independent media platform designed to give clients the insight and tools to achieve their marketing goals. The platform provides a holistic digital advertising platform with a customised dashboard that gives clients access to all the vital metrics in one spot.

Pureprofile CEO, Martin Filz said: “We are delighted to add Pure.amplify to the Pureprofile family; a business that is set to put the personal into the programmatic and get to the heart of brand identity. The business will not only oversee programmatic advertising, digital and online marketing and advertising, but will also leverage first-party, declared data to provide deeper, richer ways to target consumers via digital media.”

Pure.amplify will be headed by industry veteran Tasneem Ali, who joined Pureprofile in March 2020. Tasneem has over 15 years experience in media leadership. Most recently she was a key role at global marketing technology platform FreakOut (a global marketing company known for its innovative mobile video and native ad platform).

Tasneem Ali said about the re-launch: “Digital advertising is about to undergo one of the most significant transformations of the decade. In a cookie-less world, the role of independent media platforms like Pure.amplify will be increasingly essential. As the media arm of a global data and insights business, our goal is to help our clients discover and capitalise on vital audience data. From who an audience is, to what they value and where they spend their money – Pure.amplify provides a new level of customer understanding and actionable insights that enable marketing teams to optimise strategies like never before.”

About Pureprofile:

Pureprofile (ASX: PPL) helps organisations make better decisions with high-quality curated data. The company collects data by rewarding people for answering surveys and from behavioural data provided by partners. All the data is anonymised and permission-based.

Underpinned by proprietary technology, Pureprofile curates data quickly and with greater flexibility for a broad range of clients including agencies, universities, not-for-profits, and other data companies. Some key partnerships include News Corp, Raiz, and AA Smartfuel (NZ).

Pureprofile clients can opt for a quick sentiment poll or dive into behavioural and market trends through templates, live panels, data dashboards, or by working with a company consultant.

“We also have a media team that can activate those insights. 90% of all research that’s done is really so [a client] can get more action to happen. Having a media arm closes the loop on that” says Pureprofile CEO, Martin Filz .

With a 20 year history and offices on four continents, Pureprofile is a well-established company with a proven track record, including a three cash profit following a restructure in FY2020.

The re-launch of Pure.amplify is an exciting new step in PPL’s exciting plan to launch several new technologies to enable clients to gain insights at higher quality for less cost. The company is also looking to grow its data sources through direct acquisitions and partnerships.
